We’re holding a workshop from 17:30 to 18:15 with Kyra Weggelaar!
Kyra Weggelaar has a background in ballet, hip-hop and contemporary dance, teaches extensively in and around Amsterdam, and also leads her own show team: La Brisa Cubana

🎧🌴 In the DJ booth: DJ Yala, organiser from Cuba, Alaaf and Azucar, straight from Cologne! 

• From classic Cuban salsa to modern timba, reggaeton and Afro-Cuban vibes, DJ Yala keeps the energy high and the hips loose. We’ll take the mood of the crowd and play to your heart’s content! Nothing but fuego on the dance floor.

• Marcando is an international all-star Salsa & Timba band featuring top musicians from Cuba, Colombia, Germany and the USA.
  Together, they have performed with legendary artists such as Charanga Habanera, Mayito, Pedrito Martinez, Willie Colón and many more.
  Expect an energetic mix of Timba, Son Montuno and original music, performed with the powerful live sound that has made Marcando one of Europe’s most exciting salsa bands. 🎺🔥
